Human First Co was created by a team of passionate and experienced professionals who came together with a shared vision — to deliver disability support services that are genuinely human, respectful, and centred around each individual. Through collaboration and insight, the team identified a need for a more meaningful and person-led approach within the NDIS landscape, and Human First Co was born.
Built as a niche provider, Human First Co focuses on creating deep, authentic connections and delivering supports that reflect each participant’s unique strengths, goals, and identity. We believe that effective support goes beyond tasks — it is about understanding the whole person, fostering trust, and empowering individuals to live the life they choose.
Our team brings diverse experience across community services, support coordination, and disability care, along with a strong commitment to inclusion, cultural awareness, and ethical practice. Every aspect of our service has been thoughtfully designed — from how we match participants with support workers, to how we create opportunities for connection, growth, and independence.
